Whatever it is you are moving through, I am here to hold a mirror, and walk with you so that you are aware of your dazzling self through it all.

I inspire the change needed to improve the health and wellbeing of humanity by inspiring women, birth workers and systems to engage with the sacred spaces of conception, pregnancy, giving birth and postpartum with mindfulness and respect.
The Golden Hour Workshop Series: This is not your average prenatal and childbirth education class. During this 8-session workshop series, we will go on a journey, exploring the physical, mental and emotional changes you are experiencing.
This is an experiential workshop that includes personal and group reflection, writing, movement and guided meditation all intended to help you to go deep and connect with your journey, your pregnancy, your baby. So that you can move more confidently through your journey, from pre-conception through postpartum. Now, and in the future.
